All artwork on Flamepot is original art. In some cases, in addition to making the original available for sale, the artists have also made open edition prints available on paper and canvas. You can see all the wokrs available as prints.

We offer promo codes to discerning and valuable customers so they can take advantage of a special discount or a scheme. Promo codes may be given to you for a particular artist, a popular lot no, a specific time period etc. or any other item. If you receive a promo code from Flamepot – whether over email, SMS or on the site itself – you can enter the details at the time of check-out to get a discount. Remember, you can’t use the same promo code more than once, and each promo code comes with an expiry date, so remember to use it before it expires.

Unfortunately no, Flamepot does not accept refunds of Gift Vouchers. We do hope that you never have cause to do so though.

Yes! The Gift Voucher carries the name of the sender as well as the receiver. And you can add a personal message to the receiver to include it in the email that carries the gift voucher.

Unfortunately, no, Flamepot does not presently allow refunds of Gift Vouchers for any amount. You can however, choose to buy multiple artworks to ensure the total comes up to the amount available on the voucher.

We love people who buy multiple pieces of art from us! If your purchases total up to the amount on the voucher or less, you can purchase as many pieces as you want. However, you need to buy all these pieces in one go. You cannot make two different purchases at different points of time as we currently don’t allow partial redemption of our vouchers.

The Shipping condition of each work is mentioned alongside its details on the website. However, normally, Flamepot prefers to courier artworks ‘rolled’ or “flat” to minimize the chances of damage in transit. Another reason for this is that we believe that you should have the choice of framing the painting the way you want. Installing a piece of art is a beautiful process, and part of the joy of owning the artwork comes from the installation.

At Flamepot, we believe that there’s only one rule to installing art – make it shine. 

• Choose settings, frames, mounts and walls to make sure that the artwork gets the attention it deserves. Your beautiful artwork shouldn’t be overpowered by anything. Simple, clean backgrounds and surroundings work the best to make your artwork the focal point of an area.
• Try to hang paintings so that the focal point of the painting is at eye level. This means that if your painting has one big element – that needs to be at eye level. Ensure that you have some ‘viewing distance’ for a painting. You need to be able to stand a few feet away (2-5 feet) and appreciate the painting in its entirety.
• If you’ve got glass on a painting, make sure no light reflects off it, obscuring the view.
• For canvas paintings, a great way to illuminate the depth and beauty of the painting is to install some spot lighting on it
• Ensure that pattachitra, tal patra, yantras and other works are stretched and flat for framing. 
• Remember, however you install art, make sure that it’s protected from direct sunlight and moisture, both of which can really damage a beautiful piece of art.

Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card or PayPal, once we receive the product, we will credit your account.

We endeavour to process your refund within 10 business days from the date of receipt of the Product. However, the refund is subject to the transaction and processing time taken by the bank and payment gateway after the refund is initiated.

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase We accept return of products within 3 days of receipt of the product by the customer, in case of any manufacturing defect.

Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. Return of products will be accepted only if the product is returned in saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in undamaged condition. Products of Gold, Silver, & Gemstones are non-returnable.

All refunds will be made after deducting the transaction charges levied by the bank and / or the payment gateway, the cost of shipping or courier charges and / or any other charges that may have been borne by flamepot.com in the processing and / or delivering the service, as applicable.
