Return and Refund Policy For Artworks

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. We accept return of artwork within 2 days of receipt of the same by the customer, in case of delivery of wrong item or item delivered in damaged condition. We offer repair, exchange or return of the artwork to ensure a resolution keeping your best interests in mind. In case of return of wrongly delivered artwork, it will be accepted only if it is returned in saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in undamaged condition.

Art is unique, delicate, and exclusive. It takes artists days, sometimes months to complete a single work of art. Due to its fragile and singular nature we are unable to allow returns. Hence, we urge you to be certain of your decision before purchasing. We are always available to ensure the art you see, is the art you get.

All refunds will be made after deducting the transaction charges levied by the bank and / or the payment gateway, the cost of shipping or courier charges and / or any other charges that may have been borne by flamepot.com in the processing and / or delivering the service, as applicable.
 
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card or PayPal, once we receive the product, we will credit your account.

How to return an artwork:
Please send us an email info@flamepot.com to initiate a resolution.

We recommend you send product via a reliable courier or Speed post with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

We endeavour to process your refund within 10 business days from the date of receipt of the Product. However, the refund is subject to the transaction and processing time taken by the bank and payment gateway after the refund is initiated.

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase We accept return of products within 3 days of receipt of the product by the customer, in case of any manufacturing defect.

Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. Return of products will be accepted only if the product is returned in saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in undamaged condition. Products of Gold, Silver, & Gemstones are non-returnable.
