In this painting, Lord Jagannath, an incarnation of Lord Krishna, is seen with his older brother Balabhadra (Balram) and sister Subhadra, as in the Puri temple. The artist has made the attire or shringar of the deities as Padma Besha or Lotus attire. This shringar is done once every year between the new moon and Basant Panchami day.
